Update regarding police registration for foreigners:
Please note that while every attempt has been made to locate the Police registration point alongside the Entrance Pass registration point at Tashi Lhunpo Monastery from 15th December (as indicated on our website), the JLT Organising Committee is still awaiting confirmation from Police that this can be facilitated.
All foreign attendees will therefore still need to register at the local Police Station in Bylakuppe, until further notice. Please see here for more details, and stay tuned for updates as more information becomes available.
